It all begins when you schedule your service online. You’ll choose a convenient pickup day, and you can leave us notes regarding any preferences or special instructions. Simply place your laundry in your own bags and leave them in a designated spot. Our friendly driver will collect your items with care, and your laundry-free time officially starts!
Once at our facility, we treat your laundry as if it were our own. We begin by carefully sorting your clothes into whites, colors, and darks. We provide a complimentary spot treatment for most common stains to give your clothes the best chance at a fresh start. Your laundry is then washed using high-quality products like Tide, OxiClean, Downy, and Bounce, including gentle options like Tide Clean & Gentle and vinegar upon request.
After your clothes are gently dried, we give them a professional finish. Our team carefully folds every item, from shirts and pants to linens and towels. We even match up all of your socks to save you that extra step! If you provide hangers, we will gladly hang items for you at no charge (we can also provide them for a small fee). Finally, your laundry is neatly packaged and delivered back to your door within two days, bringing a sense of calm and order back to your home.
